Returns

• You have 14–30 days (choose your preferred window) from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Certain items (e.g., personal care, undergarments, perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof.
